Vintage ‘Blue Rose’ Cake Stand

What do you think of using this gorgeous Palissy cake stand for cotton reels? I’m sure we all prefer cakes really! Two different sized ‘Blue Rose’ retro plates already constructed into this handy cake stand. High Tea or display; you choose. The plates are dated from 1950/60’s and are handpainted in the very attractive blue. There is a mark on the larger plate but otherwise in pretty good condition. Palissy pottery did eventually become part of the Royal Worcester group. 10ins tall.
