Antique ‘Brugge’ Adderley Dinner Plate
Produced in the early 1900’s this attractive blue and white Adderley dinner plate is a delight. Interestingly, this exact pattern, Brugge, was commissioned by major transatlantic shipping companies to use in their second class dining rooms. The White Star ( the company that operated the Titanic) and The Red Star both used it. Beautiful stylish floral sprigs on a white background. Crazing and marks, as you would expect of a plate with over one hundred years of service. Measures 10ins diameter.
