Vintage Fishing Basket / Creel

Traditionally used by fishermen for storing their catch or foraging for mushrooms this woven willow basket is a beauty. In good condition with no holes, although could probably benefit from a clean. I’ve left it as is so that you can decide. Great storage and a wonderful shape. No handle but the fastening does work well. Plant it up with pretty primroses or store your gardenalia, dog leads, potatoes and veg. A decorative basket on a deep shelf. Measures 15ins x 7ins x 7.5ins tall.
