Vintage Elegant Duster

I have tried researching this elegant and decorative broom and keep being told it’s to do with witchcraft. I’m not so sure about that, but will stand corrected. It is an elegant and beautiful lightweight broom made with a chippy, blue, wooden handle and, possibly, a soft natural hair at the ‘sweeping’ end. It has a floral decorative band hiding the join. I think it is a very gentle duster perhaps used by a ladies maid. Either way, I love it! Measures 14ins long in total with addition of a decorative woven bauble at the end.
