This is a very rare piece of antique Meissen in the ‘Blue Onion’ design. There are some chips to the side of the scoop, hence the reduced price. Those in better condition can cost over £150. Used for serving flour or sugar but more suited tgese fats as a collectors piece. A sturdy handle with intricate detail on the reverse too. Measures 8.5ins long, 2.5ins at widest point.
