Large Vintage French Harvesting Basket

If you’re looking for a large, French, wire basket; then this could be for you. Measuring 21.5ins x 13.75ins x 11.5ins tall including handle, you can fit plenty of fireside goodies in it. Rolled up blankets, books, magazines and the remote control! Alternatively, fill it with kindling and logs ready for the cosy fire which I’m sure we will need this winter. Perhaps you could roll up towels and use it in the bathroom ; loo rolls and toiletries would be good too.  Traditionally used for gathering oysters, potatoes or produce. In an open diamond weave, chicken wire style specifically for water and silt to design easily. A fixed handle with a wooden grip for comfort. Rustic and weathered but I think it’s gorgeous!
