Emma Bridgewater ‘Rose & Bee’ Pitcher

From the iconic house of Emma Bridgewater this classic pitcher is in the vintage ‘Rose & Bee’ pattern, which is now discontinued. Handpainted spongeware on a cream earthenware base. The blue and pink scalloped edges set it all of beautifully. This is a large piece measuring 8.5ins tall x 11ins wide from spout to handle approximately. No cracks or chips but plenty of crazing. I love the mix of roses, the tiny bees and the delicate blue forget me nots. Fill it with seasonal blooms.
