Vintage Two Knot Masonry Brush
Historically used by builders, plasterers, and painters for applying textured finishes, masonry coatings, or whitewash, these brushes featured coarse natural bristles—often made of stiff fibers like bassine, corn straw, or horsehair—bound tightly into dual "knots" onto a wide wooden handle. Also referred to as a two knot plastering or lime wash brush, but now highly regarded as farmhouse or cottage core decorative items. In great condition; it looks unused. Distinctly rustic appearance for hanging on your wall or perched on a shelf. Measures 14.75ins long x 8ins wide.
