Small French ‘Panier’ Basket

I love the shape and intricate design of this small French basket. The basket features a distinctive "God's Eye" woven knot where the handle meets the basket frame, which provides both structural strength and a decorative finish. Woven by hand in natural Willow making it durable. In good condition just a couple of ‘spiky’ bits! Measures approximately 12ins x 9.5ins. 10ins tall to top of the handle. A lovely piece for storing fruit and veg or wandering around the cutting garden.
