Large French Bread Plate

I’m pretty sure this is French but happy to be corrected! Such a pretty floral design; I love the colours. As is usual a slightly raised base and that gorgeous fluting around the rim bringing plenty of detail. I can’t find another during my research so can’t tell you much about it other than, it’s lovely and measures 11ins diameter.
