Colman’s Mustard Wooden Vintage Crate

I couldn’t love this vintage Colman’s wooden crate more! This type of commercial packing box was originally used by J&J Colman Ltd of Norwich, to transport and display their famous tins of mustard powder. Clearly showing its classic lithograph-printed branding, with the traditional yellow mustard tin illustration. Did you notice the text stating its supply "By Appointment to the King". The side markings also detail the original packaging specs. In pretty good condition, a few scrapes and marks, although clearly of an age with the original nails. Great storage always available at Elsie’s Vintage! Measures 12.5ins x 10.75ins x 7ins. A very special rustic decor piece.
