Chinese Wooden Bowl

A glorious red, Chinese, wooden bowl with decorative flowers and a brass band. Likely to have been part of a dowry wedding set, according to the random it’s base. It does have a split, as shown, but this just adds to its character. Worn and weathered but, I think , very gorgeous! Just a wonderful bowl which could house many treasures. Measures 7.75ins diameter x 4ins tall.
